Historic dance meeting

Here's what their newsletter said about the upcoming historic dance practice:

Our Jan. historic dance practice will feature Martha R. of the
Oklahoma Historical Society (OHS) to teach us some new dances. We
have the A-B rooms reserved at the Norman Library on Thurs., Jan. 20,
from 6:30-8:30 pm. I'll try to send a map with a later reminder in
case you are not familiar with the location of this library.

Video Scavenger Hunt

I'm thinking about (which will be further discussed at the meeting on the 23rd) having a video scavenger hunt after next meeting (Feb), if we can possibly have the meeting earlier than 4:00 pm. What we'd do, is, we'd have a few teams, (a parent to each team) and take a few vans out, and gather info on a video camera from a list, with a deadline, of course. Who ever has the most on the list, and is back to the main camp (my place), wins, with penalties on being late, ect. And we all get to watch the movies afterward. I haven't come up with any other ideas, but everyone has the opportunity to have some say, and email me (Natalie) with ideas and questions. Thanks.

Urgent—Sr. Banquet

Hi everyone. We need to know which Thursdays in April absolutely cannot work for you for a banquet date. We need everyone on the roster to respond by January 13, so we can get a date set.
